Great food and service! We had never visited before, and I am on a severely limited diet so can't have just anything. They still had great options! It was a little more on the pricey side for a bar and restaurant; but that was definitely balanced out by the fact that everything was homemade and not from a box or chain supplier. We will definitely be back on our trips through Alger!!!!!
Usually have a good experience. Tonight was the exception. My husband had half of his prime rib and I had half of my perch left. We boxed them up, and accidentally left them on the table. I had just walked out of the door, remembered the food, walked back in, and they had already thrown them out! Who does that?!!! May think twice about going back.
Small town bar and restaurant. Been going there for over 20 years when I go up to that area. Always had good food, karaoke, entertain and service.

Nice and clean with friendly staff. I was from out of town and treated as a regular. I always return. The menu also is good.
